Tour Alb is a private driver and day-trip service based at Rruga Zall-Herr, Qendër, Tiranë 1048, Albania. Write to info@touralb.com or call +355 69 878 9769.

Reserving costs nothing. A reservation or a trip request is not confirmed until we reply. We confirm your driver and pick-up time by WhatsApp or email, usually within a couple of hours.

Starts outside business hours and custom trips are sent as an enquiry. We confirm the final price, including any surge fee, before you commit.

The vehicle, the driver, all fuel, every kilometre of the route and the waiting time. Site entry tickets and food are not included unless the trip page says so.

The car is private and you set the pace within the trip. If you want to change the route on the day, ask your driver.

Door-to-door pick-up anywhere in Tirana is included. The exception is Bovilla, which is priced from the Zall-Herr meeting point, with door-to-door pick-up as an optional extra shown before you reserve.

Pick-up from Durrës, Golem or the airport is usually possible with notice and may carry a surcharge for the extra distance.

One car seats up to four guests. Five to eight guests means a second car goes out on the same departure, and the booking page shows that price before you reserve.

You can pay the driver in cash on the day for 10% off the listed price, pay in full by card online, or leave a card deposit to hold the car and settle the rest on the day. Card payments go through our payment provider, Whop.

The Tour Alb iPhone app does not take payments. A request sent from the app is an inquiry only.

Cancelling is free up to 24 hours before your departure. Message us, and anything you paid is refunded or moved to a new date.
