Πολλοί Έλληνες περνούν τα σύνορα για Αργυρόκαστρο, Βουθρωτό και Ριβιέρα, αλλά τα Τίρανα και το βορρά τα γνωρίζουν λιγότεροι. Οι ορεινοί δρόμοι είναι απότομοι και συχνά χωματόδρομοι, και πολλά συμβόλαια ενοικίασης τους απαγορεύουν.
Με ντόπιο οδηγό απολαμβάνετε τη διαδρομή. Από τα Τίρανα η λίμνη Μπόβιγια είναι περίπου 40 λεπτά, το Μπεράτι μία μέρα και ο βορράς δύο. Όλα ξεκινούν και τελειώνουν στα Τίρανα.
