Tour Alb is a private driver and day-trip service based at Rruga Zall-Herr, Tiranë 1048, Albania. We are responsible for the personal data described here. Contact us any time at info@touralb.com or +355 69 878 9769.

When you book or send a request (on the website or in the app): your name, email, phone number, pickup place, trip date and time, group size and anything you write in the notes, such as children, mobility or dietary needs. We use it only to plan, confirm and run your trip and to contact you about it.

If you start a booking and don't finish, we keep what you had entered and may send you one reminder email. That is the only one. If you then ask us to, or after 7 days, it is deleted.

When you email yourself a trip, we send you that trip once and may reply personally. No newsletter.

When you pay: card payments go through our payment provider, Whop. We never see or store your card number.

When you message us by WhatsApp, phone, email or Instagram, we keep the conversation so we can help with your trip.

Website analytics: touralb.com uses Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to count visits and see which pages and buttons are used. This is not used to identify you or for advertising. The site also keeps its own anonymous daily counts (how often a trip page is opened, a Reserve button tapped, a question opened) to show the most wanted trips and answers first. These counts hold no cookies, IP addresses or anything that could identify you.

No account is needed. The app has no advertising, no tracking and no third-party analytics.

Location is used only on your iPhone to show places near you. It is never sent to us.

Camera and photos are used only when you open Lens. Photos are analysed on your iPhone and are never uploaded. Lens reads where a photo was taken to match it to a place.

Pocket Guide answers on your iPhone, using Apple's on-device model where available. Your questions are not sent to us or to an AI service.

Saved places, your planned route, passport stamps and settings stay on your iPhone.

The only data the app sends us is what you type into a booking or trip request and choose to send. It is handled exactly as described above.

The driver for your trip receives the details needed to pick you up. We store bookings in our database, hosted by MongoDB Atlas, and the website runs on Vercel. Booking emails are sent through our Zoho mailbox. Card payments go through Whop. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

We keep booking records for as long as accounting and tax rules require, and contact details only as long as needed to serve you. Ask us and we will delete anything we are not legally required to keep.

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by writing to info@touralb.com. We reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Albanian Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDP), or to the data protection authority in your own country.

To remove app data from your iPhone, delete the app. Location, camera and photo access can be turned off at any time in iOS Settings → Tour Alb.

Our services are booked by adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children, except trip details a parent gives us, such as the need for a child seat.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
