Theth & the Accursed Mountains
Theth was reachable only in summer for most of its history. We drive you in, stay overnight with the driver, and leave when you are ready. Guests book their own bed; the driver's overnight is in the price.
Theth is a stone village in the Accursed Mountains, reachable only in summer for most of its history. Its kulla e ngujimit — the lock-in tower built to shelter men under blood feud — still stands beside the church.
Grunas waterfall and the Blue Eye of Theth sit within easy reach of the village. The architecture is a direct print of the Kanun: towers, fortified houses, and a church that kept going when the state tried to stop it.

Before you reserve
- Do I have to hike?
- No. Every stop on this route is reached by vehicle. If you want to walk, the driver waits — but nothing requires it.
- Is my hotel included?
- No. Two-day prices include the driver's bed and meals. Guests book their own lodging in Theth — we can suggest guesthouses.
- How do I pay?
- Cash on the day is cheapest. Card online includes a 20% charge for the processor and currency conversion — that is not our margin. A retainer of 25% of the card price (minimum €30) holds the vehicle; the balance is cash on the day.
- How many people can come?
- Up to eight. One vehicle seats four; five to eight guests means both cars go out, and both cars are paid for. That is the only honest way to price a two-car fleet.
