Toujours en privé. Le véhicule et le chauffeur sont à vous pour la journée — pas d'inconnus, pas d'horaire imposé, pas d'attente sur un parking pendant qu'un groupe de quarante personnes est recompté avant de remonter dans le bus. Vous décidez de l'heure de départ, des arrêts et de la durée de chaque visite.
Qu'est-ce qui est réellement inclus dans le prix affiché ?
Le véhicule, le chauffeur, tout le carburant, chaque kilomètre du parcours et tout le temps d'attente — de votre porte à Tirana jusqu'à votre porte. Ne sont pas inclus les billets d'entrée sur les sites ni vos repas ; chaque page de destination les indique séparément pour éviter toute surprise le jour J.
Pouvez-vous venir nous chercher à l'hôtel, et à quelle heure partons-nous ?
Oui — de porte à porte partout à Tirana, sans supplément. La plupart des journées complètes partent à 09:00 et les longues à 07:00 ; si votre vol, vos enfants ou votre nuit tardive imposent autre chose, dites-le-nous et nous adapterons l'horaire.
Comment payer, et faut-il régler quelque chose dès maintenant ?
Payez le chauffeur en espèces à la fin et économisez 10 % sur le tarif affiché, ou payez la totalité par carte en ligne, ou laissez une caution par carte pour retenir le véhicule et réglez le solde le jour J. La réservation ne coûte rien et l'annulation est gratuite jusqu'à 24 heures avant.
