Always private. You never share the vehicle with strangers and there is no fixed group schedule. The car and the driver are yours for the whole day.

The vehicle, the driver, all fuel, every kilometre of the route and all the waiting time, door to door from your address in Tirana. Site entry tickets and food are not included, each destination page lists those separately so there are no surprises on the day.

Yes, and waiting time is included. If you want twenty extra minutes at a viewpoint, or a coffee in a village on the way, just say so.

No. You are a passenger throughout. Licences, age limits and driving experience are irrelevant, unlike a self-drive rental.

Yes, they are a large part of who we built this for. There is no walking required, the vehicle is comfortable, and you set the pace.

Three ways: pay the driver in cash at the end (10% off the listed price), pay in full by card online, or leave a card deposit to hold the car and settle the rest on the day. Reserving costs nothing.

Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before your departure. Just message us. Anything you paid is refunded or moved to a new date.

Yes. Paying the driver in cash on the day takes 10% off the listed card price. Card, in full or as a deposit, is charged at the listed price.

The same day, usually within a couple of hours, by email at the address you give us. Our office is open 08:30-17:30 daily.

Yes. The calendar reads live from our fleet, and a struck-through day means every vehicle is committed. Message us anyway if your dates are fixed; occasionally something moves.

Not in one vehicle. Five to eight guests means a second car goes out on the same departure, and the booking page shows that price clearly before you reserve.

Yes, door-to-door anywhere in Tirana, included at no extra cost. The one exception is Bovilla, which is priced from the Zall-Herr meeting point: door-to-door pick-up is an optional extra, and the booking page shows the price before you reserve. Give us the hotel name or the street address when you reserve.

Ask us. It is usually possible with notice and may carry a small surcharge for the extra distance.

About 15 km north: roughly 25 minutes of tarmac plus 20-30 minutes of gravel track. Door to viewpoint is 45-60 minutes.

Sunglasses, water and a layer, mountain viewpoints run several degrees colder than Tirana and the wind funnels through the canyons. Shoes with grip if you plan to walk around at a stop. Bring a card and some cash for entry tickets and lunch.
